Webmaster/Coordinator Report:

Because of other monthly commitments I was unable to get over to the District 17 Office during the past month.  When I entered the District Office I knew something was wrong. The phone was ringing and no answer was picked up.

On Tuesday, September 28 updated the website and the 0900 Hotline option #9 before the monthly meeting. Added monthly newsletter to website, corrected the officer listing page on website, changed AA meeting time for Tuesday, 5:45 p.m. to 6 p.m. The option #9 of the 0900 AA Hotline was updated with next Traveling Intergroup info, the next monthly GSR meeting on October 26, 2010, and the Area74 Fall Assembly date. The option #4 Thursday listing of meetings was updated.

In the District Office checked on meeting cards in drawer, the # of hits on website, and the # of hits to the 0900 AA Hotline

The District 17 Office has _____1,600_____ meeting cards in drawer.
The 0900 AA Hotline ___0____ hits.  The computer had apparently shut down for some unexplained reason, and so when I arrived the 0900 AA Hotline didn't answer any calls for the entire month. Anyone trying to call received a no answer.
The District website __56____ hits the past month.  mailto: dcm@district17a74.org.

On Friday, October 1, 2010 will report to the District Office to update the option #8 live contact numbers for the next three months.

As for coffee, sugar, creamer, cups, etc., does the committee still want to make coffee for the monthly meeting?  Does the Intergroup have these items stored in the District 17 Office for this particular use?

As a regular monthly reminder, I must train people (female/male) the operation as coordinator of the 0900 AA Hotline and as webmaster of the district website. If interested in getting involved with being webmaster or coordinator for 0900 AA Hotline please call Cliff W at 906-779-0915, contact a District 17 committee member, or show up at the monthly GSR district meeting the last Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. at District 17 Office in Kingsford.
