District 17 GSR meeting

 

The monthly GSR meeting was held June 24, 2018 at the Iron Mountain, Mi. Alano Club. In attendance were: Angie Z, Larry L, Patty R, Vicky G, Melissa H, Brian H, Jim B, Dave M, Don L, Dan I, Jerry P, Todd A, Dave G, Cindy S, Linda P, Audrey M, Lollie B.

 

The next meeting is scheduled for July 29, 2019 at 6:00pm at the Alano Club.

 

Secretary Report: Angie Z.

 

Just passed out flyers for AA events going on this summer. Look for Attachments.

Corrections Report: Debbie G., Jim B., Dan I.

Jim B: We are down 2 men for corrections. Dan has been coming with , to help. And another has put in paperwork, to help us. Always needing BB. They has been asking my Daily Reflections.

Larry L: Early Monday Night group donated coffee for corrections. I brought it and gave it to Jim.

WEBMASTER REPORT: Dan I.

Dan I: Hotline is working good. Call volume is down. Transferring the Main Domain, to Go Daddy from Hostek. More customer friendly. Maybe another workshop for the Hotline, in the fall. And if somebody wants to know more about how to create a website, I’m more than happy to help.

Linda P. The woman in the jails and the men too….are asking for N/A literature. If any body is co- depend…please carry the message .

Cindy S: Ask Dave the treasurer, are we as a District , donating to GSO?

Dave G: I don’t believe , since I’ve been treasurer, we donated.

Don L: I make a motion for the D.17 to donate to GSO , $200.
